Volunteer Assistant Coaches
Volunteer Assistant Coach Information:
- The Eagle Harbor Scream’n Eagles Summer Swim Team (EHST) provides our older and more experienced swimmers an opportunity to learn valuable life and coaching skills while giving back to the Scream’n Eagles team. This part of our coaching development program is geared towards our teenage swimmers who are interested in developing their skills as a future swim coach. The coaching staff believes that investing in our own swimmers and providing them with leadership and growth opportunities will only strengthen our individual athletes and the team in both skill and community.
- Participants MUST BE an active, registered member of the Sream’n Eagles Swim Team. They should also be at a minimum, a rising 9th grader or 13 years old, and have at least 2 years of experience swimming competitively either on a summer swim team or 2 years in a year-round program.
- Hours accrued as a volunteer coach may count towards community service
